Our house plans are meticulously designed to adhere to the International Residential Code (IRC) standards as well as the specific local codes applicable in the area where the designer resides or where the house is constructed. Building and code regulations vary depending on the country, state, county, or municipality. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure that your plan meets these local requirements. This is especially important in coastal regions and areas prone to seismic events, strong winds, and heavy snowfall. If you are building in such areas, it is highly likely that you will require the assistance of a licensed structural engineer to provide the necessary calculations and additional drawings. We grant authorization to use our plans on the condition that you strictly comply with all local building codes, ordinances, regulations, and requirements, including obtaining permits and undergoing inspections during the construction process. It is advisable to

Stamp of Approval

It’s important to note that our pre-drawn plans do not carry a stamp from a licensed architect. In case your local building department requires a stamp, you will need to engage the services of an architect or engineer to review and certify the plans accordingly. This ensures that the plans meet the specific criteria set by your local authorities.

Ownership and Copyright

We want to emphasize that we retain the title and ownership of all the plans we offer. As the Licensor, the original designer grants you, the Licensee, the right to utilize these plans to construct a single structure. Please be aware that our plans are adequately protected under the International Copyright Law. You are strictly prohibited from using or reselling the plans to any other individual. Furthermore, these plans cannot be copied or reproduced without proper authorization.

Electronic Communication

When using our website or communicating with us via electronic means such as e-mails, text messages, or other messaging platforms from your desktop or mobile device, it’s important to understand that you are engaging in electronic communication with us. Checkout Payment Currency

You can view our plans in the currency of your choosing but when checking out to pay for your selected plans, you can only pay in US Dollar currency. Your selected plan amount on cart will be converted back to the US Dollar when you are checking out for payment.
