Eligible architect payouts are reviewed and paid on the 10th of the following month.
What you need to submit
- Exterior images for public preview
- Interior images where available
- Public floor plan preview without dimensions
- Short and long marketing descriptions
- Blueprint PDF in millimetres
- Blueprint PDF in feet
- DWG CAD file for admin/private delivery
- Confirmation that 3D source files can be shared on request for customization
- Copyright ownership declaration
Quality standard
Approved marketplace plans should be clear, buildable, consistent, and professionally prepared. A complete plan package should include detailed dimensioned floor plans, elevations, roof plan, sections, doors and windows schedule, notes, and any other construction details required for responsible buyer delivery.
Public previews must protect the value of the design. The public floor plan preview should not expose detailed construction dimensions, while paid blueprint files remain private until purchase.
