How the marketplace works
Akashi Marketplace is built as a curated bridge between serious home buyers and external architects. Public previews are visible to buyers, while construction files stay private until payment is confirmed.
For buyers
- Browse approved marketplace plans only.
- Review public exterior images, interiors, and dimension-free floor plan previews.
- Purchase securely through Akashi checkout and Paddle automation where enabled.
- Receive private blueprint files only after payment confirmation.
- Rate the plan and architect after purchase or review.
For architects
- Apply with professional profile, education, phone number, portfolio, payout method, and copyright declaration.
- Submit exterior images, interior images, public floor plan preview, short description, long description, MM blueprint, FT blueprint, and DWG file.
- Confirm that 3D source files can be provided directly on request for customization without uploading them to Akashi storage.
- Wait for admin review, requested edits, approval, or publication.
- Monitor views, ratings, purchases, and payouts from the architect dashboard.

Marketplace listings should never be rushed live. Admin approval, copyright declaration, file controls, private delivery, rating moderation, and payout review all protect the long-term value of the Akashi brand.
